The Fell Boat House

The Old Fell Boat House is situated across the road from the Hokianga harbour with unobstructed water views.

The Fell Boat House sleeps three, with a queen sized bed and king single. It has clawfoot bath with shower, a galley kitchen, woodburner, and generous lounging area. Ideal for couples.

'The Hokianga' threads inland from the Tasman Sea like a long ribbon, fed by seven rivers. The size of the Hokianga surprises most when they learn it is the second largest harbour in New Zealand. The Boat House is located 100 metres from the centre of Kohukohu.

Historical Kohukohu peacefully sits on Hokianga's northern shore, hugging the coastline beneath tree-lined hills.

With unobstructed panoramic views of the Hokianga, the mornings have stunning sunrises, while the evening sun lights the view. Both sea birds and forest birds can be viewed from Boat House.

Everyone is usually greeted by the doorman, Mr Hemingway the resident feline.
